1. Agreement

By installing or using Benta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. License

Free plan: a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Benta on your device. Paid plans: a perpetual license tied to your Store ID. License keys are non-transferable between unrelated businesses.

3. Refunds

Mobile (one-time) plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the app does not function as advertised on your device. Cloud subscription refund terms will be published when Cloud ships.

4. Limitation of liability

Benta is provided as-is. While we take encryption and reliability seriously, we are not liable for lost data, lost sales, or business interruption. Always keep backups.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Benta to facilitate illegal activity, evade tax obligations, or process payments you are not authorised to accept.
